The vivacious and intentional leader: Kim cultivated Beauty Edit with more than a decade of industry stripes, entrepreneurial passion and the belief that “self-care is not synonymous with vanity.” Having assembled an equally vibrant, nurturing and knowledgeable team, Kim’s distinct approach is at the heart of each client experience.

Early on, Kim discovered her entrepreneurial drive and desire to help others feel seen. As a young mother, she was the first in her family to earn a post-secondary education, eventually bringing her focus to consulting, strategic planning and clinical training in the medical/pharmaceutical and aesthetics industries. Kim witnessed a gap in aesthetics first-hand - the spark for her edit on the industry. She became a proponent for elevating the client experience with approachability, education and empowerment, and she hasn’t looked back.

Beyond the clinic, you’ll find Kim embracing movement through yoga, barre, pilates and spin. There’s zero caffeine behind her sunshine-like presence and ambition - this one’s never had a cup of coffee! She’s a major foodie, but don’t be surprised if you catch her snacking on her (non)guilty pleasure: Sour candy and Doritos. Forever in pursuit of memories over things, Kim is also an avid traveller; she’s touched down in more than 11 countries, and she’ll assure you she’s just getting started.

April, the transformation-focused Nurse Practitioner behind our injectables and hormone programs, brings a blend of precision, intention, and deep listening to every treatment.

With a Master of Nursing degree and extensive clinical experience in bioidentical hormone optimization and advanced aesthetic injectables, April blends medical expertise with artistry. She is passionate about helping clients not only look their best but feel their best.

April holds multiple certifications in aesthetic medicine, specializing in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Her favourite treatments include lip enhancements, temples, chin and jawline definition, tear trough rejuvenation, and full-face balancing. Her approach is thoughtful and customized. She focuses on natural, refined results that enhance rather than change.

Her passion for hormone optimization stems from seeing the profound effect it can have on confidence, energy, mental clarity, and overall well-being. April believes that when hormones are balanced, everything else falls into place.

Tessa, the glow-getting skincare specialist with a passion for personalized results. With hands that heal and a heart that listens, she brings both skill and serenity to every treatment she performs. Tessa’s journey into medical aesthetics was deeply personal.

After battling cystic acne for nearly a decade, she became determined to understand skin from the inside out and help others feel confident in theirs. Her own transformation fuels her empathy, precision, and commitment to results that make a real difference.

Clients love her energetic presence, meticulous attention to detail, and the way she makes every appointment feel like a reset. Her goal is simple. She wants you to feel as good as you look.

Outside the treatment room, Tessa finds peace in nature, slow mornings, or cozy weekend getaways. She believes beauty begins with how we care for ourselves inside and out.

Jena Holtby, RN

The worldly and caring advocate: As a Nurse Injector with over 12 years of experience in the medical field, Jena leads client care with deep empathy. This allows her to build trust and achieve individual goals, all while honouring natural beauty. Jena supports her clients with not only a specialized knowledge set, but remarkable compassion, detail, awareness and presence.

Jena long aspired to become a Registered Nurse, and she put this dream into action at the University of Alberta. She graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and her experience has extended from emergency medicine, to addiction & mental health, endocrine testing and aesthetics. For nearly a decade, Jena trained and practiced internationally at major hospitals in Houston, Texas and Perth, Australia.

Jena’s passion for medical aesthetics began to blossom in Perth; upon returning to her Canadian roots, she became a certified aesthetic nurse injector specializing in dermal filler and neuromodulator injectables. Beyond the clinic, Jena’s days are enriched by her family - a charming son, hilarious twin daughters and a wonderful husband who she credits as her biggest cheerleader. She has been a dedicated vegan for most of her life, occasionally indulging a chocolate craving - it’s her vegan cheat-treat.

Jena believes that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. It begins to take shape when we cultivate appreciation for the lines, marks and features that tell our story.

Jane Collin, RN

The heart-led health and beauty specialist: An experienced Nurse Injector, Jane brings a nurturing approach and skilful knowledge to every Beauty Edit client. With an intentional presence, she seeks to hear and understand each client’s story, creating a natural edit that best empowers their next chapter.

Jane has been a registered nurse for almost a decade, having earned her Bachelor’s of Nursing at the University of Lethbridge. She had a lifelong interest in health and a passion for supporting others; it was on a humanitarian trip to Mozambique at 18 that she decided to pursue nursing. She was inspired by the potential to change lives by bridging health, science and beauty, which marked her foray into aesthetics.

Jane’s love for makeup, hair and all-things beauty and aesthetics runs deep. She grew up with two brothers, which made expressing her femininity a place she also found independence. As a true down-to-earth soul, It’s often a top knot and mascara that make her feel the most confident, and you’ll typically find her keeping it casual and comfy outside the office.

To her, true beauty is recognizing that confidence is an inside job - something that goes much deeper than our reflection in the mirror.

After more than a decade behind the chair, she felt drawn to a new path. The moment she stepped into the world of aesthetics and clinic operations, something clicked. She discovered a new passion: a perfect blend of science, beauty, and transformative care.

Whether she is greeting you at the door, answering your questions, or helping guide your journey, Shaunna’s mission is simple. She wants to make sure you feel seen, supported, and confident from the moment you walk in.
